Module 5
Here are three ways that I can use Google Chrome bookmarking in my classroom. One way I could create a student file and have students send me links to check out or use in class. Another way I have used the bookmarking is set up things for a sub when I would be out. All the links to the site that the sub would need could be linked under a (sub) folder on your toolbar. Lastly, I think a great way to use this bookmarking tools is to have access to the same sites I use at school at home. I have found it is a true time saver and really helps me plan at home to be successful in my classroom.

Listly
Ed tech blogs/ websites

I could use Listly with my students by having them to research and attach all their resources in one place to share with me and the class. Listly could also be used to create lists of blogs that the students create to use in the classroom and share with one another. I could have used it last week when we were doing a comparison of time 1960's to today. Students had to research different sites for info and compare the two time periods. We created two giant lists! This would have been great to tag pictures and links to our lists.
Popplet- I have used Popplet in my classroom for several different things. One of the students favorite things is converting their notes to Popplet for more of a visual. Another way we have used Popplet is as a discussion spring board where I would have a Popplet topic on the smart board and they would fill it in with information and build with videos and links to enhance the classroom learning. It's simple to use, interactive, and fun!!
Two ways I could use quadblogging in my classroom would be 1: coordinating with other middle school teachers in the area to start a blog between students to get the quadblog started. 2: Once the local quadblog was successful, finding blogs of students in other parts of the country to discuss topics with and then expand to a world wide blog.
